At Cuscino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Not show a signs of wear, damage or misuse.
To start a return, please contact us at cuscino_co@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
